Job Description Summary
The role involves performing both repetitive and non-repetitive production operations for manufacturing electro-mechanical products. It includes maintaining and operating manufacturing machinery by following established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and other approved documentation. The individual is responsible for carrying out all assigned tasks and handling additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of joining.
- Capable of lifting and moving materials up to 20 pounds.
- Experience working with hazardous materials and overtime as required.
- Probable encounter with high-risk or hazardous operations and/or work shifts beyond a standard workweek.
- Proficiency in PC usage to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions.
- 3 to 5 years of industry or related job experience.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
