Job Description
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics).
- 2+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing or process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, automation, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools to enhance production efficiency.
- Advanced Engineering degrees (e.g., Mechanical Engineering) are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
