** What you'll be doing as an Upholstery Associate:*
* + Cut foam, vinyl, and upholstery materials according to specifications and production schedules

+ Sew and assemble upholstery components for dental chairs and medical seating products

+ Install foam, padding, and upholstery coverings on chair cushions, backs, armrests, and related components

+ Inspect materials and finished products for quality, consistency, and workmanship

+ Operate sewing machines, cutting equipment, and other upholstery tools safely and efficiently

+ Follow production drawings, templates, and work instructions

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

+ Assist with packaging and preparing completed components for assembly or shipment

** Available shifts:*
* Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

* Job requirements:

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ Previous upholstery, sewing, manufacturing, furniture production, automotive upholstery, marine upholstery, or related experience preferred

+ Ability to use industrial sewing machines and upholstery tools

+ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

+ Ability to read measurements and follow production specifications

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Must pass a background check and drug screen

+ Must have reliable transportation

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States

+ Ability to stand for extended periods

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

+ Ability to perform repetitive motions including cutting, sewing, bending, and reaching
