Production Manager, Production QC/QA, Operations Management
As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will oversee and manage day‑to‑day production operations in the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and operational efficiency is optimized. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices and foster a culture of operational excellence.
You report directly to the Production Manager onsite at our Clearwater, FL location.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the day‑to‑day production operations, ensuring production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Lead and motivate a team of production operators and technicians to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor less experienced supervisors to enhance overall capabilities.
- Proven experience of 3+ years of production supervision with direct reports.
- Proven experience of 3+ years of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Proven experience of 3+ years analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ability to operate effectively in a compliance‑driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Ability to effectively manage resources and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
