Production Operators 2nd shift

** Adecco is currently hiring Production Operators for a leading aircraft manufacturing company in Clearwater, FL.

** Pay Rate:**  $18.50 per hour (Weekly Pay)

Shift:  
** 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM*
* + Training:  
** 1-2 weeks in a classroom setting from 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM*
* ** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform production operations related to the manufacturing of electro-mechanical products.

+ Operate and maintain electronics manufacturing equipment following established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and technical documentation.

+ Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.

+ Complete material setup and support production processes as needed.

+ Assist with additional manufacturing and operational duties as assigned.

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ 1-2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.

+ Basic computer, mathematical, and ERP system skills.

+ Ability to read, understand, and follow technical work instructions.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Experience working effectively in a team environment.

+ Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

* + Must provide proof of citizenship for security badging purposes (e.g., a valid U.S. Passport or Birth Certificate).

+ Must provide proof of education (High School Diploma or GED).

+ Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 20 pounds.
