Welder

Sarnago and Sons is seeking a skilled Welder to support our recycling and materials operations, including concrete crushing, asphalt and demolition recycling, and roll-off services. In this role, you'll weld, fabricate, and repair containers, equipment, and structural components used in field and yard operations. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, performing MIG/Stick/flux-core welding, cutting and grinding, and inspecting welds for quality and safety.

You'll work closely with operators and mechanics in a safety-first, family-owned environment with opportunities to grow skills and take on added responsibility over time.
