As an Assembly & Test Tech
- Level 2 (2nd Shift) here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing complex products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. Your hands-on expertise will contribute directly to the production process, supporting the delivery of reliable and high-quality solutions to our customers.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations by accurately assembling components and performing rigorous testing procedures. Your attention to detail and technical skills will help maintain our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly of electronic and mechanical components according to detailed instructions and specifications.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of products to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.
  • Document test results and assembly processes accurately for quality control and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in assembly and testing of electronic or mechanical products in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of assembly techniques, test equipment, and quality control processes.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Ability to use test tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
WE VALUE
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in assembly and test roles.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
