TSE Industries Inc., a leader in custom polymer solutions, is seeking a Material Handler I to join our Warehouse & Manufacturing team. In this role, you will safely receive, store, and move raw materials and finished goods, accurately pick and stage orders, and maintain inventory records. You'll operate material handling equipment, follow strict safety and quality procedures, and support production needs.

Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and load trucks and deliveries, verifying shipments against packing lists and documentation.
- Label, store, and organize raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products in designated warehouse locations.
- Stage and deliver materials to manufacturing and production areas according to work orders and schedules.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (with appropriate training and certification).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using basic warehouse or inventory systems, scanners, or barcoding tools.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment when handling chemicals and polymer materials.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse and production support area, including housekeeping and spill response support.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability and minimize production delays.
- Identify and report damaged, expired, or nonconforming materials to supervisors or quality personnel.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to material flow, organization, and waste reduction in warehouse and manufacturing areas.
