T S E INDUSTRIES INC., a family-owned leader in engineered plastics and rubber, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer for our Engineering & Maintenance team. In this on-site role, you will design, optimize, and support manufacturing processes for medical and industrial components, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead process improvements, support new product introductions, and collaborate closely with maintenance, production, and quality in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for engineered plastics and rubber components used in medical and industrial applications.
- Lead process improvements to increase quality, throughput, and safety across Engineering & Maintenance operations.
- Support new product introductions, including process development, validation, and scale up to full production.
- Analyze production data, troubleshoot equipment and quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and cost effective operation.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures in accordance with quality standards.
Required Skills
- Manufacturing process design
- Process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- CAD and technical drawing interpretation
- Statistical process control (SPC)
- Lean manufacturing methods
- Six Sigma / root cause analysis
- PLC / automation and controls familiarity
- Medical / regulated manufacturing documentation
- ERP/MRP production systems
- Polymer, plastics, and rubber processing knowledge
