The Production Team Lead is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, supporting and mentoring team members, and leading by example alongside the production team to consistently meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. This position regularly works hands‑on with the production team to build high-quality acrylic bathtubs and shower bases at Royal Manufacturing's Clearwater, Florida facility.

• Coordinate daily workflow and help ensure production schedules are met
• Assign tasks and work alongside team members on the production floor
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on safety, quality, and best practices
• Monitor product quality and ensure standards are maintained
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with moving materials and products throughout the facility

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or production experience
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Ability to write and speak in English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read measurements and work with dimensions accurately
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, dependable, and results-oriented
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment

• Must be available to work first shift:
  Starting at 6:00 AM
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed
• Must be available to work weekends when required

• Starting pay of $23.00/hour – Weekly Pay (Every Friday)
