The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving online revenue and customer growth across our Shopify storefront, Tik Tok Shop, Amazon, retailer platforms, and paid media channels. This role fills a key strategic evolution in our brand strategy for digital commercial growth and consumer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities Ecommerce & Shopify- Own day-to-day management of the Shopify site, including homepage updates, collections, on-site merchandising, and promotional launches to maximize conversion rate and AOV.
- Partner with design and development to improve UX, mobile performance, site speed, and checkout flow, informed by analytics and A/B testing.
- Implement SEO best practices on product pages, collections, and content to drive organic traffic and category visibility.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and other performance channels with clear CPA, ROAS, and revenue targets.
- Build full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention), including creative briefs, audience segmentation, and bid/budget management.
- Monitor daily performance, produce performance reports, and make data-driven optimizations on budgets, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Develop lifecycle marketing flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back) via email and SMS to grow LTV and repeat purchase rate.
- Segment audiences based on behavior, channel, and product interest to deliver personalized campaigns and offers.
- Own core KPI dashboards across channels (traffic, CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, LTV, repeat rate) and translate insights into clear action plans.
- Own Tik Tok Shop strategy and operations, including catalog integration, product tagging, offer setup, and storefront optimization.
- Develop and manage always-on and campaign-based Tik Tok paid strategies, including Spark Ads, creator whitelisting, and live shopping initiatives.
- Collaborate with creators and the social/content team to produce native, UGC-style content that drives clicks and conversion while remaining on-brand.
- In partnership with Amazon platform agency partner:
- Manage Amazon Seller Central/Brand Registry, including product listings, variations, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination with operations.
- Optimize listings for SEO (keywords, titles, bullets, A+ Content, images, video) to increase traffic, conversion, and rankings.
- Plan and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and promotional events (Prime Day, seasonal events) to hit sales and profitability targets.
- Support brand presence and drive marketing and retail sales opportunities with key retailer ecommerce platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in beauty or consumer lifestyle ecommerce.
- Proven track record managing and scaling Shopify-based DTC brands with meaningful paid media budgets and clear KPI ownership.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Shopify (themes, apps, basic merchandising).
- Tik Tok Shop and/or other social commerce platforms.
- Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads.
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform ad managers, basic reporting in Sheets/Excel).
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable making decisions from data and running tests to improve performance.
- Deep understanding of beauty consumer behavior, trends, and content formats that resonate across social and marketplace environments.
- Motivated and passionate about the evolving digital commercial landscape, eager to drive revenue growth via Tik Tok Shop, Amazon, and emerging digital revenue platforms.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work closely with creative, ops, and brand marketing.
