We’re looking for a data-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. You’ll manage budgets, analyze performance, and scale campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta's platforms (Facebook/Instagram)
- Allocate and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and hit performance goals
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-backed optimizations (bids, budgets, creatives, targeting)
- Analyze metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- A/B test ads, landing pages, and audiences to improve results
- Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with platform updates, ad policies, and industry trends
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- Experience managing and optimizing six-figure (or scalable) ad budgets is a plus
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
