We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Accounts Business Manager to oversee business analysis, operational execution, and account support including timeline management, product submissions, marketing support, sales performance analysis, inventory tracking, and overall marketing calendar execution. This role partners closely with Account Management, Retail Marketing, and Brand Operations, ensuring seamless on-air activations, off-air opportunities, and high-performance TV retail outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at organization and communication, and drives results through team-driven execution and strong documentation.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and manage detailed marketing calendars and timelines for all on-air activities, product submissions, QA processes, sampling, events, live shows, and global initiatives.
- Develop retro-plan timelines for air-time, identifying key completion dates (e.g., assortment planning, marketing activation confirmations, submission deadlines).
- Communicate timeline requirements, updates, and status regularly to internal cross-functional teams to keep activities on schedule.
- Establish and execute QA processes, including sample submissions, substantiation, and tracking via tools like QA Submission Tracker.
- Update and maintain retailer calendars once quarterly proposals are solidified and sales are actualized.
- Coordinate all product submission information, including marketing support, substantiation, and alignment with brand timelines.
- Assist with creative support development (e.g., set decoration, props, photography, promotional materials) for shows, live events, and shoots.
- Manage retailer item master: input new item details, assist with launch/QA details.
- Perform PIM item management for ULTA (e.g., inputting/updating product information, master data, item setup, enrichment, and compliance via ULTA's PIM portal).
- Review dotcom/e-commerce setups prior to launches and shows (images, support materials, pricing) for accuracy and readiness.
- Assist in monitoring customer reviews for retailers, review syndication across all platforms, and provide actionable feedback.
- Analyze retailer sales (MTD/YTD by SKU), develop monthly dashboards comparing to last year (LY) and plan (PLAN); distribute TV retail performance summaries by specified deadlines.
- Assist with retailer sales recaps and related reporting.
- Create ad hoc reports as needed, including sales and inventory reports.
- Track purchase orders (POs): provide weekly updates on inbound orders; assist in maintaining PO change log.
- Provide timely feedback to marketing on product/business performance, competitive analysis, trends, and TV retail insights.
- Perform various other responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business needs.

- Familiarity with PO tracking, ad hoc reporting, and product data management processes.
Other
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Occasional availability on nights and weekends possible depending on retail calendar.
- Prior experience in TV retail, retail marketing, account management, or beauty retail (e.g., ULTA vendor) preferred.
