Position SummaryWe are hiring a Content Creator and Media Buyer who can own creative development and paid traffic execution inside Meta. This is a performance marketing role focused on lead generation and revenue growth.

Location:
In Office or Hybrid
Salary: $70K-$80K + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities- Create high converting video and static ad creatives
- Write direct response ad copy
- Launch and manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
- Test hooks, angles, audiences, and creative concepts weekly
- Optimize campaigns to lower cost per lead
- Scale winning campaigns aggressively
- Track performance metrics including CPL, CPA, and revenue attribution
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing with revenue goals
- Minimum 2 years experience managing Meta ads with budget responsibility
- Proven ability to generate leads at scale
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles
- Ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions
- Experience in regulated industries preferred
- Experience in insurance marketing is a plus
- Someone who understands direct response marketing
- Someone who can move fast and execute consistently
- Someone comfortable owning real budgets
- Someone who cares about performance, not just creative
