The Marketing Events team delivers powerful, well-executed experiences that elevate our brand, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive meaningful engagement with key audiences.

We’re seeking a Trade Show Specialist/Event Coordinator who can take ownership of trade show execution and help deliver seamless, high-impact event experiences. If you’re highly organized, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end logistics for industry trade shows, including staffing coordination, travel arrangements, contracts, booth management, and collateral shipping
  • Manage booth vendors, promotional product sourcing, and pre-conference sales meeting logistics
  • Track, reconcile, and report on event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and financial accuracy
  • Communicate directly with event organizers, vendors, speakers, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and deliverables
  • Confidently support and manage event speakers, ensuring preparedness and smooth onsite execution
  • Support pre-event planning and onsite execution for annual conference
  • Compile post-event insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of hands-on trade show or event execution experience (financial services or tech industry preferred)
  • Proven experience independently managing logistics and juggling multiple work streams
  • Strong vendor management experience, including booth production and promotional materials
  • Confidence working with and managing speakers and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • Willingness to travel and provide onsite event support as needed
  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
  • Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office
  • Contract Length: 6 months, with the possibility of extension
