Job Description
The Marketing Strategy and Operations Specialist plays a key role in executing and coordinating enterprise marketing initiatives across Dimmitt Automotive Group’s automotive, powersports, and marine dealership portfolio. This position supports marketing operations through digital asset management, dealership marketing support, Dimmitt.io administration, vendor coordination, CRM and email marketing initiatives, and marketing calendar management.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary steward of Dimmitt.io, Dimmitt’s internal marketing platform.
Maintain accurate and organized budgets by campus and by medium.
Conduct website audits and online mystery shops to identify areas of opportunity.
Review vehicle merchandizing to identify conversion and speed-to-market gaps.
Manage website support/change requests and issue resolution with digital partners/providers.
Coordinate and track OEM co-op documentation and submissions by eligible brand.
Update Quarterly Marketing Plan portals as directed for required OEMs.
Organize and curate digital photography, videography, and marketing assets.
Coordinate CRM communications and email marketing campaigns.
Assist with campaign scheduling, audience selection, testing, and reporting.
Coordinate monthly organic social media calendars via Sprout Social.
Monitor engagement trends and communication opportunities.
