About the JobWe are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist to craft compelling content, manage our social channels, build an active community, and analyze performance to refine our overall digital strategy.
As a Social Media Specialist, You Will…- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.).
- Plan and schedule posts for various platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Engage with followers and build relationships.
- Moderate user-generated content.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating engaging content and interacting with audiences.
- Ability to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and tasks
- efficiently.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.) and their best practices.
