This is an onsite position located in Clearwater, FL.
Salary Range: $100K-$110K + Bonus eligible
Job SummaryInternational Diamond Center is seeking a relationship-driven leader to serve as our Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships. This role will be responsible for building meaningful relationships throughout the communities we serve while supporting initiatives that strengthen our brand, culture, and community impact across Florida.
The Director will serve as the primary liaison between IDC, community organizations, charitable partners, business leaders, and local store teams. This position will establish strategic partnerships, create opportunities for community engagement, and support store leadership in developing strong local relationships. Store teams will remain actively involved in their communities, while this role provides strategic direction, coordination, and partnership development.
Primary responsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating strategic partnerships with charities, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders.
- Negotiating sponsorship opportunities and managing charitable giving initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining local business partnerships and networking relationships.
- Serving as a liaison between community organizations and IDC store leadership teams.
- Overseeing foundation activities, philanthropic initiatives, and community outreach efforts.
- Coordinating giftgiving initiatives for highnetworth clients and key community partners.
- Planning and managing VIP events, private dining experiences, and relation shipbuilding functions.
- Coordinating employee appreciation programs and culturebuilding initiatives.
- Managing the annual magazine production process and other community focused publications.
- Supporting community engagement efforts, grand openings, fundraising events, and strategic partnerships across all markets.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Five or more years of experience in community relations, nonprofit partnerships, business development, public relations, philanthropy, luxury retail, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and relation shipbuilding skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to travel throughout Florida.
