Are you ready to make a difference?

• The Assistant to the Housing Community Coordinator (AHCC) assists in the daily operations of the assigned property.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 4 year’s apartment management experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Required COS in the first year-no earlier than 4 months.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and state landlord/tenant rights and obligations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees.

Hourly payrate $18.57
