Position DescriptionBay Care Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Pre‑op team at Morton Plant Hospital.
Responsibilities- Independently caring for a sub‑specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
- Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned

- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
- RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
- ACLS Certification, if required by department
- Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
- Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
- Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred
- 2 years of RN experience is required. At least one year of RN experience in pre‑op or critical care is preferred.
