The Staffing Coordinator plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to perform staffing duties and staffing recordkeeping functions to assist the Director of Nursing in meeting the staffing needs of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, to ensure that proper staffing requirements are always maintained.

Schedule:

• on call as needed

Requirements:

• must have active CNA license
• must have experience as a CNA in a skilled nursing facility or similar environment
• preferred experience staffing and scheduling all clinical roles including CNA, LPN, RN, and supervisors

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to make independent decisions, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with staffing processes and procedures.
