Bay Care Medical Group (BMG), a leading multispecialty group, is seeking talented and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing anesthesiology teams at several locations throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding counties:
- Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor
- Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin
- Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater
- Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey
- St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa
- St. Joseph’s Hospital‑South in Riverview
- South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City

Opportunities are open to both experienced CRNAs and new graduates. Through our Earn as You Learn Program, Bay Care offers a unique opportunity to support SRNA’s by receiving a monthly stipend while enrolled in a CRNA program, easing financial burdens as training is completed.

Qualifications- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation (or anticipated) from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Competitive salary and sign-on bonus with tiered compensation based on years of experience
