About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with OASIS E2
, be confident performing Start of Care (SOC) visits, and be well versed in Medicare home health guidelines
.
- Active Florida RN license
- OASIS E2 experience required
- Comfortable completing Start of Care (SOC) visits
- Solid understanding of Medicare documentation and regulations
- Level 2 Background Screening (fingerprints) required
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation for field visits
- Strong communication, organization, and assessment skills
- One year of Home Health experience
- Conduct SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge assessments
- Document accurately in compliance with OASIS E2 and Medicare standards
- Deliver high quality skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team Travel within Pinellas
- Per Visit
- Compensation varying based on visit type (SOC, ROC, Recert, routine visits, etc.)
- Consistent workload within a focused service area
