Position: RN - Skilled Nursing

* Available

Shifts:

7-3pm, 3-11pm, 11-7 am (Full-time & Part-time)
* $2000 Sign On Bonus

* Experienced based compensation

What You'll Do:

* Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.

* Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health and behavior.

* Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.

* Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.

* Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

* Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.

What You'll Need:

* A current RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).

* A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.

* Background screening through AHCA
