Position DescriptionBay Care Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Pre‑op team at Morton Plant Hospital.
Responsibilities- Independently caring for a sub‑specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization.
- Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required.
- RN (Registered Nurse) license is required.
- ACLS Certification, if required by department.
- Nurse Specialty certification is preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- 2 years of RN experience is required. 1 year of RN experience in pre‑op or critical care is preferred.
