Bay Care - - Responsibilities:
Assist nursing staff with patient care under RN supervision;
Maintain patient safety by avoiding body fluids exposure;
Complete Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire and Nurse Helper training prior to orientation;
Follow Bay Care policies and standard nursing unit procedures;
Support shift and weekend work as part of the pool
