Post Mastectomy
- Home Health Responsibilities include :

The liaison between the company and the customer referral sources. Work closely with all customers and all referral sources to ensure quality.

Post Mastectomy
- Home Care Requirements:

Certified as a Mastectomy Fitter by BOC or ABC

FL Driver's License – State of Florida

High School Diploma or equivalent

Customer Service experience preferred

This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). More information can be found at  .
