USPI's Tampa Bay Joint & Spine Surgery Center is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee Pre-Op, PACU and GI nursing care in an ambulatory surgery setting in Clearwater, FL. This role leads staff, coordinates schedules, and ensures compliance with clinical standards.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, FL RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and at least three years in surgery. CNOR preferred; strong leadership and communication skills are essential for daily operations and patient safety.
