Bay Care Home Care is hiring a Post Mastectomy Fitter – Home Health to provide breast prostheses and post‑mastectomy care in the Clearwater area.

• Health care professional educated and trained in the provision of breast prostheses and post‑mastectomy items and services.
• Perform patient assessment, formulate treatment plans, implement and follow‑up, and manage practice.
• Meet required training hours, complete fitter pre-certification education course, sit for and pass national certification exam (CFm – Certified Fitter of Mastectomy).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years customer service experience in the medical field and computer skills for input and verification.
• Meet required training hours, complete pre‑certification course, sit for and pass national certification exam (CFm – Certified Fitter of Mastectomy).
• Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse required.
