Korzen Health, in collaboration with Healogics, seeks a part‑time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for their Post Acute Care program in the Clearwater, FL area. Coverage 2–3 days per week. The role is procedure‑based, serving geriatric patients in a SNF.
Requires a clean active state NP license, DEA, and at least 1 year of NP experience; procedural or post‑acute care experience is preferred. Paid training is provided, with EPIC/IHEAL EMR. No nights, no on‑call, and no weekend shifts.
