It takes a special kind of person to become a nurse and we’re hoping that you’re one of those special people who would like to be a Bay Care nurse. Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking experienced med surg/tele nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate staffing resource office team.

Region Core Float Pool—Full-time. 3x12 hour shifts per week to include every 3rd Saturday & Sunday, and 2 Fridays in 6‑week schedule. Holiday commitment includes summer and winter holiday, and hard to fill staffing day. Required to float to a region of hospitals based on census needs.

St Anthony’s, Morton Plant, Mease Dunedin, Mease Countryside and Morton Plant Northbay.

St Joseph’s Main, St Joseph’s North, St Joseph’s South and Bay Care Wesley Chapel.

Bartow Regional, South Florida Baptist and Winter Haven.

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
• Associate’s degree in nursing
• 2 years RN experience in an acute Med/Surg/Tele setting
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred
• Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts
• Must be able to pass Tele test during orientation
• Flexibility
