Bay Care Health Systems is seeking an experienced RN with BSN to join our Med/Surg Tele Float Pool in Clearwater. This full-time, nights role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to float across region hospitals based on census needs.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of acute Med/Surg/Tele experience, BLS, Cerner EMR familiarity, and reliable transportation. You will be scheduled for 3x12-hour shifts with shared holiday coverage and weekend variations.
