Join PINELLAS 1 HOME HEALTH CARE CORP as a Home Health Clinical Manager, where you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional home health services. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage and mentor nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of clinical activities.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care or clinical management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
