Matrix Home Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for weekend home health coverage in Pasco and Pinellas Counties. This per diem role involves skilled nursing visits, patient assessments, and follow-up on physician orders in the home setting.
The RN will document care accurately, communicate changes to the clinical team, and ensure quality outcomes. Florida RN license, domicile in the Gulfside service area, and ability to work Saturdays and Sundays are expected.
