As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Morton Plant Rehab, you will work in collaboration with and under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will be responsible for delivering compassionate, evidence‑based patient care, including:

• Administering medications
• Providing therapy and interventions
• Assisting in treatment plans to support patient recovery
• Ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence and patient‑centered care

Education:

• Required:
  
  High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

Certifications & Licensure:

• Required:
  
  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Required:
  
  30‑hour IV Certification
• Required:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Experience:

• Preferred:
  At least one year of experience as an LPN
• Preferred:
  Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Inpatient Rehab Facility, or Long‑Term Acute Care
