Summary:

Responsible to perform nursing duties under the direct oversight of an RN or LPN and perform other duties as assigned.

• HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
• Technical Program Completion or Degree
• Technical Program Completion or Degree

• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Medical Assisting

• Preferred
  - High School or Equivalent;
  Preferred
  - Technical
  - Certified Nursing Assistant;
  Or
  - Technical
  - Medical Assistant

• Basic Life Support
• Certified Nursing Assistant

• Required - BLS (Basic Life Support);
  Required - CNA (Nursing Assistant)

• Unlicensed Care
