Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking experienced Med Surg/Télé nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate staffing resource office team.

• Region Core Float Pool – Part‑time. 2×12‑hour shifts per week to include every 3rd Friday and Saturday night and 2 Sundays in a 6‑week period. Holiday commitment includes summer and winter holidays, and hard‑to‑fill staffing day. Required to float to a region of hospitals based on census needs. Regions 1 and 3 are available:
  • Region 1:
    St Anthony’s, Morton Plant, Mease Dunedin, Mease Countryside and Morton Plant Northbay Hospitals.
  • Region 3:
    Bartow Regional, South Florida Baptist and Winter Haven Hospitals.
• Region 2 includes St Joseph’s Main Hospital, St Joseph’s North, St Joseph’s South and Bay Care Wesley Chapel Hospitals.

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
• BSN
• At least 2 years RN experience in an acute Med/Surg/Télé setting
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred
• Independent transportation for assignments/shifts
• Ability to pass a Tele test during orientation
• Flexibility
