Shift: Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hours may vary)

As an LPN II, you will support providers and patients by delivering high-quality clinical care while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the practice.

• Supporting the physician and healthcare team during patient visits
• Reviewing patient charts and preparing patients for examinations and procedures
• Interviewing patients and obtaining relevant medical information
• Administering injections and performing clinical testing as needed
• Following up on test orders and communicating results to providers and patients
• Providing patient education and care instructions
• Maintaining medical equipment and clinical inventory
• Supporting workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction
  
  Performing other duties as assigned

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Required:

• 2 Years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience

Preferred:

• 2 Years Previous medical office experience

Required:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
