Bay Care Health System is seeking an RN Charge Nurse for Morton Plant Hospital. The role covers overseeing patient care with managerial responsibilities during the 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shift, with weekend work every other.
On-call is not required and remote work is not offered. The position requires BLS, RN licensure, and ACLS if mandated by the department, with a BSN or related field to be completed within 7 months of hire, and RN Specialty Certification within 7 months.
