The Oaks of Clearwater is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON/RN) to join our 60-bed SNF/LTC team. The ADON will support nursing leadership, coordinate resident care, and promote high standards of clinical excellence.
Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have prior ADON or nursing leadership experience, and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. PCC experience, wound care, and infection prevention expertise are highly valued.
