• Ensure high-quality care under physician orders and care plans
• Oversee and support clinical staff and field clinicians

What You Bring:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida
• 3+ years of experience in Medicare Home Health & OASIS documentation required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required
