The Staffing Resource Office (SRO) offers 13–26-week seasonal assignments.
SRO Seasonal Pool team members work November – March to cover seasonal volume.
- Seasonal Pool requires a team member’s residency to be outside the state of Florida or outside certain prohibited Florida counties
- Eligibility criteria are re-evaluated every six months.
- Eligibility documents must be produced and validated every year.
Requirements:
- RN (Registered Nurse) License
- Diploma, Associate’s degree, Bachelor's degree, or higher degree in Nursing
- 2 years of current RN experience in an acute PCU-Progressive Care Unit setting
- BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
