- Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within manufacturing environments; familiarity with QA/QC processes is essential.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards and FDA regulations.
- Experience operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and vision inspection systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform quality audits effectively and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
