Hammer Haag is a rapidly growing, family‑owned steel fabrication company seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join our shop floor team. You will work directly with fabrication teams to identify and resolve quality issues, develop long‑term solutions, provide corrective training, and ensure our processes meet industry standards as we scale.
You will conduct weld inspections, maintain QA records, and collaborate with foremen and inspectors to uphold the high quality of our steel products.
