• Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests’ tables.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas.
• Help with food preparation and plating when necessary.
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
