Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans utilizing a commercial dishwasher, as well as, by hand for specialty items;
Keep the dish pit area clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and taking out trash;
Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment;
Work closely with the kitchen, restaurant and banquet staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of dishwashing and restock;
Assist with other kitchen duties as needed
