Position: Line Cook

Description: Cook high-quality food demonstrating Nelson Bros. Restaurant as the Obvious Choice in food preparation and presentation. No experience necessary. Starting pay is $17.00/hour with opportunity to start at a higher wage with experience. Participate in operational activities such as cooking, cleaning, stocking, rotation, prepping, and maintenance of lines to ensure productivity during shift. Shifts will run Tuesday - Saturday 2pm-close.

• Prepare all meals within approved ticket time specifications
• Prepare Obvious Choice meals while utilizing proper portion sizes, ingredients, and presentation
• Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist other cooks and in other kitchen areas as needed
• Keep line area clean, stocked, and rotated
• Assist in general kitchen cleanliness
• Comply with all safety rules, company policies, and scheduling requirements
