Bay Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide food service to patients, guests or customers and assist with menu selection according to preferences and diet restrictions.;
Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment; assist with inventory management using FIFO principles.;
Prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or cater events; perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas.;
Act as a liaison between patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services.;
Provide training to new team members and cover for the Food Service Coordinator as needed.
