Server, Server​/Wait Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team  a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Our ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, attentive to detail, and eager to deliver an outstanding hospitality experience.

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring all requests and dietary needs are met.
• Provide menu recommendations and in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Attend to guest feedback and inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently.
• Prepare checks and handle payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area to ensure a pleasant environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Availability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic mathematics skills for handling cash and credit card transactions.
