Assistant General Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Location: 1201 N Highland Ave, Clearwater, FL 33755
Key Responsibilities- Perform store opening and closing procedures (such as register preparation, morning and closing inventory, inventory reconciliation, ATM cash refill and reporting, and accept product transfers and delivery).
- Manage and delegate daily operations while navigating operational challenges and escalations.
- Create and deliver accurate recaps and reports to management.
- Resolve any escalated cash, POS or product discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, customers records, sales, deliveries and returns.
- Ensure compliance to all company policies, procedures, state and local laws.
- Assist management and Compliance teams in any state inspections or audits.
- Enforce store policy and ensure staff is well trained and understand procedures and expectations.
- Actively coach and counsel team members when necessary.
- Conduct and oversee dispensary and dispensary team internal audits.
- Ensure a clean and organized dispensary for our patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized vault.
- Fulfill patient orders and ensure all products in the order are the correct products, ensure all products have correct patient labels affixed and ensure products are being packaged in compliant exit bags including product inserts and order receipts.
- Assisting with all general store tasks that may be assigned to other associates.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Starting wage: $50,000 per year. The Flowery offers benefits, paid time off accruals and paid holidays to all full-time employees.
Eligibility Requirements- 21 years of age or older.
- Can actively pass a level two federal background check.
- Obtained a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Flexible availability (please provide requests or restrictions in the application accurately).
- Can lift 50lbs over their head, stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, kneel, squat etc as necessary to get the job done.
